Join us from June 13–18, 2026 to visit the kindergartens of Anji County, China. Observe children deeply engaged in self-determined play, learn from local educators, and connect with colleagues from around the world. Our program includes five nights of lodging, all meals, ground transportation, and English interpretation. A $500 USD deposit secures your spot. Before registering, please read the following information about payments, cancellation policies, and entry requirements.

Registration & Payment

Total program cost: $3,000 USD per person

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required at the time of registration.* The remaining balance of $2,500 USD is due by April 30, 2026.

Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is confirmed only upon receipt of your deposit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations received on or before April 30, 2026: deposit forfeited; balance refunded in full.

Cancellations received on or after May 1, 2026: no refund.

Cancellation by us: full refund of all payments.

*If you are unable to obtain a visa to enter China, all payments will be refunded less a $50 USD handling fee.

Visa & Entry Information

It is your responsibility to determine and fulfill the entry requirements for China based on your country of citizenship. Visa policies change frequently, and requirements vary by country.

China currently offers visa-free entry (up to 30 days) for citizens of some countries, while citizens of other countries are required to obtain a visa in advance. The Chinese Visa Application Service Centre and the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country are the authoritative sources for current entry requirements.

If you require a visa, we recommend applying for a type F visa (non-commercial/exchange visit). As part of your registration, we will provide an official invitation letter from our hosts in Anji County, which is typically required for the F visa application. We can also provide a confirmation of hotel reservation, which may be required for other classes of visas. Visa processing times, fees, and required documents vary by country — please consult your local Chinese Embassy or Consulate for specifics.

We cannot guarantee that you will be issued a visa. However, in the event of non-issuance, we will provide any additional supporting documentation necessary for your re-application. In the event that you are unable to obtain a visa, we will refund all payments, less a $50 USD handling fee.
